Getting to Shetland

By Boat

It's a 14 hour boat trip but with the great selection of Scottish food onboard and a fine selection of local craft beers and Gins, you might not want to get off!

By Air

Just an hour by plane from Aberdeen or you can fly from Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness or Orkney.  You'll be greeted with a friendly smile and get a cuppa and a caramel wafer while you take in the views coming into Shetland

The Sheltand Golf Club, known locally as the Dale Golf Course, is located just over the hill from our course and is a must visit while in Shetland. a Unique 18 hole course set in the Dale Valley and meeting the North sea. https://www.shetlandgolfclub.co.uk/

The Knab golf course set in our main Town Lerwick is a free 9 hole course. Located on the Knab cliffs, it provides the player with a unique view of the Town's Sound Voe. A quick jump onto on of our inter-island ferries takes you are onto the Island of Whalsay where you will find the challenging Whalsay Golf Club, another 18 hole course set on the edge of Shetland's rugged landscape. http://www.whalsaygolfclub.co.uk/
